Mr.BhaskerAgarwal is Founder Chairman and Chief Software Architect of Information Systems and Services, Inc. (ISSI), which he founded in 1987. ISSI’s VisualHOMES software products provide complete property management and real estate software solutions for affordable housing programs. The company’s customers included some of the largest and most well-run housing agencies in North America, managing over one million residents and hundreds of thousands of residential housing units.
Mr.Agarwal graduated from BITS Pilani in 1970 and holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Bhasker was born and brought up in Faizabad and espouses a very strong commitment to help improve the lot of his birthplace especially in the deprived area of secondary level education so that a multiplier effect and be set in as many more like take up his cause in years to come. He has recently founded the HiralalAgarwal Foundation to provide web-based skills development opportunities to students of low income families in the city of Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. He has also founded the HiralalAgarwal Foundation in USA which provides funding for education related projects in India. Bhasker and his wife Sarla live in the greater Washington, DC area and have two grown-up children, Rajan and Anurag. Rajan is married to Rajul.
